Workday Doggie Break FAQ’s:
1. How does a Workday Doggie Break differ from a standard pet sitting visit?
· Workday Doggie Breaks are designed to give your dog a needed break during the typical workday.
· Workday Doggie Breaks are shorter in length than the Standard Pet Sitting Visit.
· Workday Doggie Breaks include the necessary services for a doggie break: a potty break (short walk or let out), exercise, playtime, and fresh water.
· If your dog requires additional services or time (i.e., feeding, medication, etc.), you may want to think about scheduling a standard pet sitting visit. Please see our “Services and Rates” page for more information.
2. Can I purchase the Workday Doggie Break service for morning, evening or weekend visits?
· The Workday Doggie Break service is only available Monday - Friday from 10am - 2pm.
3. What if I need a mid-day visit during the weekend?
· The Workday Doggie Break service does not apply to weekend mid-day visits. However, we are happy to provide Standard Pet Sitting services to accommodate your mid-day weekend needs.
4. What if I want more services/time than the Workday Doggie Break offers?
· We will be more than happy to provide a Standard Pet Sitting Visit at the standard pet sitting rate. Please see our Services and Rates page for more information.
5. Can I schedule the Workday Doggie Break service to care for my cat, guinea pig, bird, lizard, etc.?
· At this time, the Workday Doggie Break service is only applicable to dogs. We will be more than happy to care for your special pets as well via the Standard Pet Sitting Visit plan.
6. Will you complete your Workday Doggie Break visit at the same time every time?
· We will do our best to accommodate the client’s requested visit time. However, the visit time may be altered between the hours of 10am – 2pm based on our schedule/location.
7. I am physically unable to take my dog for a walk. Can you provide this service?
· Yes, we are more than willing to take your dog out for a walk to get fresh air, a potty break, and some exercise.
· You have the option to either schedule a Workday Doggie Break service for $12/visit (15-minute walk, Mon - Fri, 10am - 2pm), or schedule the Dog Walking Service for $14/visit (25-30 minute walk).
8. I have a dog and a cat/other pet. Can I schedule a Workday Doggie Break?
· Yes, you may. However, we will only be able to provide the services offered during the Workday Doggie Break for your dog. If you would like any services at that time for your cat/other animal, you will need to schedule a Standard Pet Sitting visit.
