Do I bring my pets to A & E Pet Sitting for care? No, A & E Pet Sitting is an alternative to boarding. We offer pet care services in your home.
Is A & E Pet Sitting insured? Yes, we are a member of and insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
Who will complete my scheduled pet sitting visits? Pet care will be provided by Allie Elliott and/or Eric Elliott. In the event that Allie is unavailable to provide services due to blackout dates, a qualifed substitute pet sitter may be arranged. Click HERE for details.
What areas does A & E Pet Sitting serve? We currently serve Bella Vista, Bentonville & Pea Ridge. An additional rate of $.50 per mile over 10 miles from our home location will apply if you live outside of the general service area. Click HERE for details.
How much notice does A & E Pet Sitting need when I make a reservation? A & E Pet Sitting appreciates 2-3 weeks notice to schedule pet sitting services, although we will do our best to accomodate last-minute reservations.

When and how do I pay? A & E Pet Sitting requires payment in full prior to or at the time of the first scheduled pet sitting visit. We accept cash and personal checks.
How will you obtain my house key? We ask that you have a copy of your house key available at your FREE consultation visit. If you wish, you may allow A & E Pet Sitting to keep a copy of your house key on file in a secured locked box in our office. Clients who choose to do this will not have to worry about additional fees for key drop-off. Also, all you will need to do in future to schedule pet sitting is give us a call to make a reservation! If a separate trip is required to pick up or return your key, there will be an additional $7.00 charge.
Does A & E Pet Sitting have references? Yes, we would be happy to provide references at your request.
Do you charge more on holidays or for last minute reservations? No, there is not an extra charge for holidays or last minute reservations, although we do appreciate advance notice in order to accomodate our clients.
What is your cancellation policy? Should your plans change, we request notification of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled sitting visit. Less than 24-hour notice will result in you being billed for 50% of the booked services. Likewise, the same applies should you decide to return early. 24-hour notice is requested or you will be billed 50% of the booked services.
Can I call or email to check on my pets while I am away? Yes! A & E Pet Sitting encourages clients to call and check on their pets. Phone calls and emails are checked several times throughout the day and will be returned upon pick-up.
